General Bookkeeping and Payroll

• $30 per Hour (billed in 6 minute increments)

Consulting and Training

• $45 per Hour (billed in 15 minute increments)

Pickup & Delivery

• Varies depending on location and drive time

Notary Public

• Complimentary service to our clients
• $10 fee per notorized item to general public 

Set Rates (How we handle)

For clients who like a set amount for budgeting purposes, after a thorough review of the work involved, we can offer a guesstimated target amount per month.  This allows the client some control and a maximum amount.  If for some reason we need to exceed the specified amount, the client would be notified with the reasons behind and we can either do the rest the following month when there may be fewer transactions or get an okay to exceed for that time period............
